Hospice PEI is a volunteer driven organization assisting people on PEI by preparing, supporting, and caring for those with a life limiting illness before and after death. Volunteer will assist people in the setting of their choice, in home, hospital, long term care and in the Provincial Palliative Care Centre. Services are offered at no cost and clients can be referred by anyone. |
