Saskatchewan Home Care Program

Home care helps people who need acute, end-of-life, rehabilitation, maintenance, and long-term supportive care to remain independent at home. Home care services include: Assessment; Case management and care coordination; Nursing; Homemaking that includes personal care, respite and home management; and Meal service. Additional services may include: Home maintenance; Volunteer programs, such as visiting, security calls and transportation; and Therapies.
