Since 1997 South West District Palliative Care has worked to support end of life care for clients and their families in the Towns of Stonewall and Teulon and the surrounding municipalities of Rosser, Rockwood, Woodlands and part of Armstrong. The SWDPC program which includes volunteer support, education, and equipment purchases is offered in conjunction with the Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority but is completely dependent on donations and community support for its funding.
