A volunteer-based program that offers compassionate support for the dying, their caregivers, and the bereaved in the community. Services include visiting volunteers for those with life limiting conditions as well as end-of-life conditions, grief support groups, and public Advance Care Planning information sessions. We are always looking for volunteers for board, visiting volunteers and special committees.
