Description
CSNAT-I is an evidence-based intervention for supporting carers (family members/friends in an unpaid supportive role). The intervention uses an evidence based, comprehensive tool (the CSNAT) to help carers start a conversation about their support needs with practitioners. The intervention is facilitated by practitioners but it is carer-led.
