Two times bands were applied with endoscopy. I don't want to be hospitalized or any surgery. Atlast every one have to die. Pls guide me how to enroll myself or get medical assisted death Facility as soon as possible I am not receiving a good response from anywhere as they think that i am in state of depression. Actually i saw the horrible deaths of some my beloveds with liver cirrhosis/ failure.also i have observed the painful life after surgery so don't want so.  pls guide me the right person and place. I will grateful for this

Hello Adl,
The last years must have been so difficult - dealing with symptoms and so many unknowns + feeling your health care team don't understand you. I imagine it can be exhausting trying to explain what you need/want.

I can't refer you to a MAiD team, but wonder if you might find it helpful to post a question on Ask a Professional - here is the link. https://www.virtualhospice.ca/en_US/Main+Site+Navigation/Home/Support/Support/Ask+a+Professional.aspx

Someone from the Canadian Virtual Hospice clinical team will get back to you within 3 working days to offer support and suggestions for managing your care.

You might find the resources on this page helpful.

Do you have family and/or close friends who are able to listen to you and advocate for you should you want them to?

Warm regards,
Katherine
