Details: |
The Centre for Education and Research on Aging and Health (CERAH) has develped a 15 hour (7 module) course based on identified learning needs of front-line providers in First Nations communities. Content includes: creating context, last hours of living, pain, working with individuals and their families, community care teams, grief and bereavement, helping relationships and self-care.
