I am sorry to hear of your losses.  I don't know what to tell you to think or feel.  Grief is quite a personal thing and can be hard to endure.  I lost my wife so I know.  I just wanted to give you a short reply to let you know you are not alone here.

It takes a lot to reach out to others for advice and understanding but I have found many here with similar issues.  There is no one answer to our problems but perhaps you can gain some insights from this forum to help you through this hard time.

Take care.

Hello CandyGirl1965,

You have experienced much loss in the last while, please know you are surrounded by a community here that understands the depth of grief and the emotions that likely seem overwhelming.

A resource that the Canadian Virtual Hospice developed about grief that you may find helpful can be found at: http://www.mygrief.ca/

Others share their stories and help you to realize you are not alone......

Sincerely,

Simone (CVH moderator)
